Terms OF PRIVACY
I GENERAL PROVISIONS
The controller of personal data under Art. 4 point 7 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter "GDPR") is:

Personal data include any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular through a reference to a specific identifier, such as the name, identification number, location data, network identifier or one or more specific factors of the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual.
The controller has not appointed a person authorised to protect personal data.
II SOURCES AND CATEGORIES OF PROCESSED PERSONAL DATA
The controller processes personal information that you have provided and/or personal information that the controller gained based on the performance of your order.
The controller processes your identity and contact information and data necessary for the performance of the contract.
III LEGAL GROUNDS AND PURPOSE FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Legal grounds for the processing of personal data is
the performance of a contract between you and the controller pursuant to Art. 6, par. 1, point b), GDPR,
the legitimate interest of the controller in providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1, point f), GDPR,
your consent to the processing for the purpose of providing direct marketing (especially for sending commercial messages and newsletters) in accordance with Art. 6, par. 1 point a), GDPR, in conjunction with Section 7 par. 2 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services in the event that there is no ordering goods or services.
The purpose of processing personal data is
processing of your order and the exercise of rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between you and the controller; placing an order requires personal data that are necessary for the successful execution of the order (name, address, contact information), the provision of personal data is a necessary requirement for the conclusion and performance of the contract; without providing personal data the contract cannot be entered into, or performed by the controller,
sending commercial messages and ding other marketing activities.
No automatic individual decision making under Art. 22, GDPR, is conducted by the controller.
IV DURATION OF DATA RETENTION
The controller keeps personal data
for an indefinite period
until the consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is revoked.
After the withdrawal of the consent, Titania Lux, s.r.o. undertakes to delete the contact.
V. RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA (SUBCONTRACTORS OF THE CONTROLLER)
Recipients of Personal data
are those involved in the delivery of goods / services / making payments under the contract,
providing services of operating the e-shop and other services in connection with the operation of the e-shop,
providing marketing services.
The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (a country outside the European Union), or to an international organisation. Recipients of personal data in third countries are providers of mailing services / cloud services.
VI YOUR RIGHTS
Under the conditions set out in GDPR you have
the right to access your personal data pursuant to Art. 15, GDPR;
the right to rectify your personal data pursuant to Art. 16, GDPR, or restrict the processing pursuant to Art. 18, GDPR;
the right to erase your personal data pursuant to Art. 17, GDPR;
the right to raise an objection to the processing, pursuant to Art. 21, GDPR, and
the right to transfer your personal data pursuant to Art. 20, GDPR;
the right to revoke the consent to the processing in writing or electronically to the address or e-mail of the controller referred to in Art. III of these Terms.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data, if you believe that your privacy rights have been violated.
VII CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA SECURITY
The controller declares to have taken all appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
The controller has taken technical measures to protect the data storage and storage of personal data in paper form,
the controller declares that personal data can only be accessed by authorised persons.
VIII FINAL PROVISIONS
By sending an order from the online order form you confirm that you are aware of the Terms of privacy, and that you accept those in their entirety.
You agree to these Terms by checking your consent through an online form. By checking your consent you acknowledge that you are aware of the personal data protection Terms, and that you accept them in their entirety.
The controller is entitled to change these Terms. The new version of the Terms of Privacy will be published on the controller’s website and you will be sent a new version of these Terms to your e-mail address that you provided to the controller.
These Terms become effective on 2018-05-25.
